Detail page gets more room: on the web view the property info, the price, and the map all sit in a wider column. Comments now sit right under the post so you can read the discussion without scrolling past the whole sidebar.
FreeRider banner: a small sponsored banner for our sister project FreeRider HK (a carpool app) now appears in the listing list after the 6th card. Each device sees the banner sized for its screen — square on mobile, card-shaped on tablet, wide on web.
Layout polish: the right column got wider on web so the map and the analysis table have more breathing room; on mobile the mood bar and comments flow after the rent terms so the most useful info comes first.

Guides overhaul + SEO upgrade
Guides section merged: Rent guides and Buy guides are now one unified Guides section, sub-divided into 5 themes — Property selection, Viewing tactics, Mortgage & legal, Move-in & renovation, Agent playbook. Both rent and buy posts live in the matching theme bucket; jump straight to the part you need.
Buy guides split into 5 standalone posts: the old monolithic "17 lessons" buy post is now 5 separate articles — property selection, viewing tactics, agent playbook, mortgage & legal, move-in & renovation. Each has its own URL, metadata, and FAQ so Google and AI engines can cite them independently.
Latin-only URLs: the new paths are pure ASCII — /guides, /guides/buy, /guides/rent, /guides/buy/selection/[slug] — no more percent-encoded CJK segments. Easy to share in chat / email / SMS. Old /blog/* URLs 301-redirect to the new paths so bookmarks and backlinks keep working.
New top nav: a single Guides button hovers out a Buy / Rent submenu — cleaner and more discoverable, with the same responsive behaviour on phone and tablet.
SEO upgrade: sitemap now emits full hreflang clusters for all 3 locales (was zh-HK only), and zh-CN + en have fully populated Metadata (site title, description, keywords) so each locale ranks for its own language searches.
H1 on every page: 12 pages had no h1 before; every page now has a single, clear top-level heading that Google and screen readers can latch onto.
FAQPage JSON-LD on the home page: 5 site-level Qs (what is it / how fresh / is it free / agent commission / how to contact owner) emitted so Google can render FAQ rich results and AI Overview citations directly in search.
